I recently stayed for a night at this unique capsule hotel as a stopover before an early flight, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, just a quick ride from the airport and near the subway. The capsules were just as advertised and comfortable, with firm beds that I personally loved. The cleanliness throughout the shared areas was impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail with complimentary toiletries. The friendly staff and the relaxing onsen were great perks that enhanced my experience.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

the room was cozy and tidy with spacious beds. location: the hotel was close to restaurants, the center of eveything, and the nakasu-kawabata subway -- which was very convenient. tried some nice meals at kusudama, located a short walk to the venue.

Staying at First Cabin Hakata was a mixed bag. The relaxing lounge and friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, especially receiving a personal morning call. The cleanliness and facilities impressed me, but the stale air in the business class cabin was a letdown, especially during summer. Conveniently located near attractions made family bonding easier, but the noise from other guests disrupted my peace.

I had a pleasant stay at First Cabin Hakata with my 2-month-old baby. The location was ideal, just a quick ride from the airport, and the staff were friendly. The cabin was comfortable, with a firm bed that I liked, though the ventilation was quite poor. Clean facilities and shared zones were a plus. Despite minor downsides, it’s a solid choice for solo travelers.

I really appreciated the location—right above a subway station and next to a Don Quijote store, super convenient! The amenities were on point; they provided everything you could need, from toiletries to pajamas. The place was also really clean, which is a definite plus for someone on a business trip. Plus, the free onsen was a nice way to unwind after a long day.

Spacious capsules with enough room to stand up. Personal lock box and free lockers provided. Convenient central city location.
Difficult to find the hotel, lacking clear signage and instructions. Noise from sliding cabin doors can disrupt sleep.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of downtown. We had a direct and convenient connection to the airport, making our travel so much easier. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with fresh towels, pyjamas, slippers, and linen changed daily. The toilet and spa area was well-equipped with Shiseido cosmetics for a luxurious experience. The showers, sinks, and spa pool were perfect, and there was a high level of privacy. The hotel had a beautiful aesthetic throughout the building and surroundings. The staff and management were exceptional and made us feel welcome. The free Wi-Fi, TV, and locker in each cabin were great additions. for the reasonable price, this hotel exceeded our expectations and ranks as one of the best in its class.
